Pros: The first cookie tasted great.
Cons: By cookie #3 - ugh - I just didn't find these cookies to be good.
The Bottom Line: It's not for me but others who received my extra bags seem to like them - so you might enjoy them too.

Special Note: One of the things we've (me and my doctor) been curious about is if I have a gluten sensitivity. I'm in the process of testing this theory. Thus, you might notice quite a few reviews from me on the foods I try in this area.

Sigh
A girl just can't win, can she?
She tells people - no way will these gluten-free items taste good - and then the first two times out of the gate, she's bloody wrong.
So then, thinking that I'm *safe* - sticking to Annie Chun's and Pamela's Products items - I go ahead and order more from their lines.
First up - Pamela's Products Simplebites, Ginger Mini Snapz.
I love non-chocolately cookies. Snickerdoodles. Sandies. Short bread. Just love 'em. When I read the description of the Mini Ginger Snapz - and - based on the fact that I really liked the chocolate chip cookies - I thought - no brainer! And the five people who had left reviews - all five rated it five stars. I'm going to love these!
Again, I ordered them from Amazon. The packaging (i.e. resealable pouches - 7 ounce packets) was the same.
The cookie itself had a great spicy, warm, homey scent to it. Kind of like gingerbread. Crunchy too.
I took a bite, and the cookie was tasty enough. I ate two more, and - well - I wasn't liking them. They left me with a bit of an aftertaste.
I thought maybe - I'm just having a bad day.
Tried them again two days later. Same results. I analyzed my thoughts. There was just something too spicy and tangy about the cookie that didn't set right with me.
Ugh. I was disappointed. And I was left with 11 other bags that I wanted nothing to do with. I ended up dispersing them among those who wanted to try them and so far, about 3/4 of the folks really like them. So, this thing must be pretty unique to me.
