A great tip, if you are going to fill less than all 24 cups, fill the remaining cups half-way with water to help even heat distribution and to make it less likely the pan will warp or scorch.
This is a great tip! I can't believe that I have never heard of this before.

I saw your posting on the message board and just wanted to add a 'welcome back!' I have been a member for quite a while too, but I kind of just got really going with consistently writing reviews. I've really enjoyed your reviews of kitchen stuff, you must be handier with the cooking than I am!
