starrynova's Full Review: Pampers Swaddlers Diapers, Size N (Up To 10lbs), S...
I used Pampers Swaddlers diapers (size N) when my baby was a newborn (Fall 2007) and I was very pleased with them. The things I liked about these diapers were: the cut out for the umbilical cord, very flexible, no leaks. The downside of Pampers Swaddlers is the price. These diapers are not cheap but they work great.
I rank Pampers Swaddlers as one of the best diapers around. I have tried several other name brand and store brand products. It's more important for me to spend a little extra and not worry about diaper rash or too tight elastic especially when the baby is very little.
Another benefit of this product is the Pampers point program. In each package of Pampers diapers is a code that you can use to get points and then received freebies from Procter and Gamble. It's a nice bonus.
The Sesame Street characters on the diapers are cute (as always). I wouldn't recommend buying more than one or possibly two packages because the diapers do run small (for infant up to 10 lbs). They are only useful for the first month or so after your baby gets home from the hospital. I would recommend this product and also urge mothers to consider the Swaddlers size 1 which covers eight to fourteen pounds as a good alternative.
