Pros: Light, Comfortable, Fast Charging, lots of power.
Cons: Hard to find a deal on. Bit holder or level would be nice.

I bought this after using my Dad's identical tool a few times. He noticed the entire crew that built his house was using him and asked the guys why. They said that the builder's entire crew use them because they are so awesome. Light, powerful, killer batteries and very durable. My dad went on and on about his. I bought mine for a laminate floor/bifold door installation weekend. The batteries charge up in record time and the tool is very friendly to use, even above my head. I checked out most of the high-end drills from Makita, DeWalt, Bosch, and Milwaukee before selecting this one. The charger is very well made. The chuck locks positively. The shifting between ranges is very smooth and the variable speed trigger is very easy to work with. Totally awesome. I agree with some of the other sentiments regarding a bit holder. I also like drills with levels.
