Pros: Will do 25 sheets at one time.
This is a tool that you should not be without in your office. You can find many uses for this stapler. This Panasonic stapler will just about last forever and they will work dependably almost every time with the exception of a possibility of a jam up. I have purchased other regular staplers but this electric one by Panasonic, thinking that this was a lot better and I have not went through any other ones since the purchase of this one, meanwhile this one by Panasonic is still doing the job properly. What I am saying is that, just because it looks a little more stylish does not mean that it will always work. You can usually find these at any office supply store such as Office Max and Office Depot for less than $100.
This is an electric stapler and will shoot ¼" styles and sizes of staples. This stapler can shoot through 25 sheets of paper at one time. The depth of the Throat (that is how far the paper will protrude into the stapler) is one inch and the body is mad up half metal and half plastic. This comes with a 6' long power cord, this will hold a whole strip of staples 210 count long. This uses standard office staples and is front loading. The color of this particular stapler is brown and ivory. The number that you will need to look for if and when you need to replace the staples is; SW135450.
This also has an adjustable margin and a LED status light. You can use this up to 60 times per minute without taking a break. This unit weighs just about 2 pounds without any staples inside. This also has an auto-reverse option and an adjustable stapling position.
I have been using this stapler for quite a few years and it has always done a professional job. I have used this to staple lots of sheets of typing paper. You can do all kinds of craft jobs that will enable you to speed the job that you are doing. I have loaned this to all of my family so that can also finish tax seasons jobs. When you put paper into this stapler, the paper hits a little lever that applies pressure to make the stapler engage with your project at hand. This is just powerful enough that if you are stapling two sheets of paper or 25 sheets it will not push the last sheet of paper out of alignment.
But, if you use this right this has enough power to put the staple right at the surface of whatever you are attaching together. This is not like a regular stapler in which you have to make some kind of contact with a piece of paper and squeeze. This is a dangerous tool in the wrong hands because this will shoot staples into a child's hand or finger because of the size of their fingers. The staples come in a long row of staples (210 to be exact) that you can break into sections for different lengths because one whole row of staples usually too long for this stapler and you will always be breaking these rows into. You will always have a problem with having extra little sections of staples left over when you need to refill your stapler. The only problem with this is that it sometimes will cause a staple to get stuck in the chamber.
This will come with a one year warranty, and you can take this back to the store if you have any problems with it.
This is not a bad stapler for the money and it is very dependable. You will never have to worry about this one not working. If you have this electric stapler you will not have to worry about this from stop working, but just in case, then that is usually why it is a good reason that you keep a regular stapler in your bottom drawer, just in case you have to revert back to the old fashioned one anyway. I can give this five stars for its dependability and ease of use.
