Good, but not great

Pros: large buttons, good sound, headset rests on shoulder comfortably, inexpensive

Cons: caller ID screen almost impossible to read, no speaker, no hands free plug-in

First off, I ordered a black one and got the white, but cant be bothered to send it back. Took me awhile to figure out the set up because the screen is VERY difficult to see. I thought maybe the batteries were old that I had put in, but after getting new ones, it's still the same. The audio isn't bad, but when I put it on the loudest setting, there's a slight tinny noise. Once taken off the loudest setting it stops.
I bought this phone as a backup to my cordless in case of power outages or battery death. I wouldn't recommend this phone as your primary unless you want a bare minimum unit.
