kx-tga270s Great Phone Bad Battery

Pros: Intercom between phones, speaker phone, privacy button, headset plug, little interference, long transmission range.

Cons: Battery life not good.

Best phone system I ever used in terms of features. I have eight of them and love the intercom feature between the phones. No more screaming for the kids. Now lets go to the battery. Well with 3 teenagers I knew the battery would take a beating. I even hide some of the phones in a charging area so they get a full day charge. After about 6 months the batteries just do not hold a charge. Don't even think about using the speakers. I did find the batteries for around 16 bucks so I guess this is the price we have to pay. There is a market for someone to make a good battery for this phone!
