As a frequent traveler, I have found this DVD player to be a necessity for alleviating the boredom associated with long plane rides. The amazing picture and surprisingly clear sound makes the movie come alive on the five-inch screen. In the months that I have had the L50, I have had no complaint. It is truly amazing. When at home, it is easy to hook up to the TV and watch a movie on the big screen, as if it was a DVD player. The compact size and the lightweight make packing easy. If you remember the cord, you can plug it in at the airport and not waste the three-hour battery reserve while waiting for the plane to arrive. Truly a great deal and with the prices dropping, an economical way to enjoy yourself.
