Pros: Reliable playback of all CD's and CDR's, Car Kit
Cons: Bad headphones, low power amp.
The Bottom Line: For between $50 and $80 is probably a good deal, above that maybe some of the other MP3 players would be better.

Does everything I needed a portable MP3 player to do. Sounds good and has played every audio and MP3 CD I have put in it. Most MP3s are at 192bps encoded using MusicMatch.
Amplifier is a bit weak, I use it into the Aux input in my Car Receiver and the volume has to be placed on max, (No Line Out), it is not distorted but still could be louder. Max volume thru the headphones does not blow your ears out, (I guess that is a good thing!)
Headphones don't fit my pinhead, I have them adjusted all the way in and they still fall off my head. Mediocre sound quality but same as all other cheap headphones.
Don't care about the minimal display, I know what the song is when I hear it.
No fast forward playing MP3's. Have never used batteries so don't know about battery life.
Got a good deal $50 at Fry's Electronics.
