Pros: None.

Cons: Many. Battery life terrible w/MP3s, lock-ups, etc.

The Bottom Line: Don't buy it because it is a waste of money. DON'T!

Do NOT buy it. The other reviewers got it right, it constantly locks up on many MP3s if it doesn't like them for whatever reason. But if your a chump like me and bought the POS without researching beforehand, then here is what you can do: go to Best Buy or wherever and buy specifically MUSIC CD-RWs and use them for the MP3s, I've had no lock ups with these. However the number of bad days I've had with this thing is no excuse. It's a shame really because I always held Panasonic in high regard--no longer.
