After having my TV for 3-4 months my A-Board needed to be replaced. Took my TV to Panasonics repair shop (3rd party) and have been waiting ever since. They have had my part on back order for almost 2 months. I've called mulitple times and Panasonic continues to actually lie about when the part will be shipped or will tell you there is no information on a ETA date. Apparently they have a new ordering system that doesn't work for crap and doesn't send parts out the way it use to. As a consumer, I could care less about the system but care about the TV that I bought that has been in the shop for almost 2 months.
As of yesterday, I contacted Panasonic requesting a refund for my TV bc it is ridiculous to be experiencing this on a TV I only had for 3-4 months.
NEVER again will I purchase anything Panasonic.
