Pros: Close to natural-looking picture, good blacks, reasonable price, integrated HD tuner, no "useless" features.

Cons: Slight electronics hum, dark level details not perfect compared to best tubes, audio barely OK.

The Bottom Line: For my constraints, this is the best TV I could find. Compares favorably to most current under $5K competitors.
