Pros: Fresh scent, new convenient bottle design, available everywhere, inexpensive
Cons: A bit concentrated, you may have to add water to your bottle.
The Bottom Line: You won't find a better shampoo for normal to oily hair at this price.

I have used professional products on my hair since my teens, but I always come back to Pantene because it does at least as good a job on my hair for half the price.
However, I get nervous when "they" change an old favorite. And, let's face it folks, Pantene has had a few face lifts since the 1980's. Lucky for me, I have been pleased with every change the company has made to their hair care line.
This last change of formula and scent made me nervous though, because my husband hates the smell of almost every lotion, hairspray, etc. that I use -- which doesn't stop me from using them of course, I just buy the unscented kind next time. However, after shampooing with the Classicly Clean (perfect for my normal to oily hair), my husband commented, "Your hair smells really good!" and proceeded to stick his nose in my hair. Okay, so you probably wouldn't want my husband's nose in your hair, but *I* enjoy it. At any rate, it passes the smell test for both of us.
I think this product would be too rich for truly oily hair. For those needing a shampoo for oily hair (very hair to find these days), I'd try the Pantene Clarifying Shampoo, or Suave's if you're budget minded. (I will review that separately). If your hair is color treated, I think this shampoo might be too astringent and I would recommend their color treated shampoo, or a professional product.
Like the other Pantene shampoos, it contains panthenol and other nutrients that are supposed to be good for your hair. How this happens is beyond me as the hair shaft itself is no longer living per se, but whatever...I just know my hair looks shiny, smells clean and feels soft. Which is all I expect in a shampoo.
