We completely enjoyed our dinner at Pasion! on 15th street in Philly! Dining there is like taking a mini-vacation, the food is a Latino blend that is very tasty without being hot/spicy, and the portions are plentiful. Our waitress was originally from Peru, had a lovely accent and was very friendly and helpful.

Both the dining room and bar area are small so reservations are a must. We were a bit late for ours, but they never made us feel rushed or pushed for our table. Because it is a tight space, you should expect to be seated quite close to your fellow diners. There isn't a lot of room to spare.
