Patsy's is a wonderful family restaurant. In fact, I wouldn't recommend going there without at least four people, as you will have a tough time ordering. The salads, which are delicious, fresh and hearty, come in bowls large enough to give appetizers to six or meals to three. The pasta is the same, only denser. They have many traditional pasta dishes, and each served in portions large enough to accommodate a family. I recommend the carbonara, a classic we always order, but I have also relished many of their other pastas.
To complete their trinity of offerings is the exquisite pizza, with an array of toppings that allows you to pick and choose to form your perfect pie. All in all, a meal consisting of a salad, pizza and pasta will serve five people well, and maybe even have leftovers (depends how hungry you are). The food is not very expensive, and reservations are not needed. I don't recall ever having to wait very long, but they are likely crowded around peak dining times.
