Poor customer service
Charged credit card before contract signed.
The Bottom Line: Avoid unless you consider car renting a sport and want to play a game for a while.

I picked this rental company to save a few bucks over Enterprise and other nationally established chains. That was a big mistake.
Some of my family was traveling to Nevada to get some cancer treatment and just needed to get a car to go to the hospital, the nearby hotel and back to the airport. My $60 reservation on Orbitz turned into a $306 charge on my credit card which was later revised after my wife would not sign the $306 contract (why was I charged before the contract was signed?)
The sales agent duped my wife into getting the max of everything. The stories are messy but basically the counter agent was manipulative, uninformative and just ran over every concern my wife had.
Finally when my wife essentially asked how we could get what we reserved, the agent said there is no way to get the price lower than $140.
In all of my experiences renting cars I am fairly familiar with the game of upgrading everything but I have never seen anything as aggressive as this. Furthermore, everytime I contacted the company the "manager" was either in a meeting or in the case of my last contact extremely unhelpful. My last contact ended with the manager saying we have the contract and I don't care what your story is. It's true they had a contract but I think it was highly unethical at least and possible illegal because of the tactics used.
