I have had this camera since August of '07. I have had 3 pentax cameras in the past 18 years and they give you the best bang for the buck.

This one is no exception. I bought it with body only because all Pentax lenses ever made will fit this camera. I am currently using a Sigma 28-200 tele lens ( not digital ) and the pictures are amazing! Pentax is coming out with a 55-300 digital lens at the end of May and I will probably get it.

I love the feel of this camera. It is solid. It is waterproof. It has more features than you will probably ever use. I suggest reading the manual fully to take advantage of this baby. I bought a magic lantern guide book for the camera that really goes beyond the supplied manual. You can find it on the internet.

Oh! and the battery lasts forever ( almost)

Anyway, you can't go wrong with the Pentax K10D
