MARIEROY's Full Review: Perfect Coat Bath Wipes for Dogs DEODORIZING BATH ...
One of the things I didn't like when I first brought my puppy home was the doggie odor. They groomed her but still I wasn't used to that undeniable odor that tells you there's a puppy/dog in the house. I've gone into houses where this smell can be prevalent. I think because we dog owners might get accustomed to odors that remain in our houses. I know I did when I owned cats and had to deal with litter boxes, etc. After a while I couldn't smell the odor of the litter box as well as someone who comes in and is not exposed to one on a daily basis.
Same goes for dogs. The smell is there, but after a while our olfatory senses becomes acclimated to it.
While shopping for poopie pads for my pup, I spotted these PERFECT COAT Deordorizing Bath Wipes. I'm one to try anything and everything. I have the Tushie Wipes, but I figure these would be good to use on the other parts of my pup, namely the delicate areas around her face, ears, eyes, etc.
These wipes state that they will clean, and destroy tough odors. They are fresh scented so there is no heavy perfume smell, although I still detect that there is a perfume scent but it's not overpowering. These wipes are enriched withh moisturizing conditioners and leaves the skin and coat healthy and shiny. They are alcohol free which is important because it's not good to use something that dries out a pet's skin, which can cause itching.
The wipes are 8" by 7" and the package contains 100. They're pretty durable as well and I can easily do my entire pup's coat using just one. I usually use these for a quick wipe over before heading out. They don't soak the fur like the Quick Bath wipes (another product) where I need to brush her and let her dry before taking her outside.
These PERFECT COAT Deodorizing Bath Wipes are perfect to bring along with me so that wherever we walk, I can wipe her paws afterward. This is important because in my son's neighborhoods I know some of the neighbors use pesticides on their lawns. I don't like her walking on these lawns, but if we're even walking on the sidewalks, she may get some of this potentially hazardous substance onto her paws.
It's always good to wipe a pets paws if they have been out walking in any area where pesticides may have been used. Licking and ingestinng pesticides can affect the liver in pets that might result in serious illness.
Carrying these PERFECT COAT deodorizing wipes with you can help keep your pet clean and healthy at all times, which why I do. It's like having a toddler and bringing all the paraphanalia along. Some friends are surprised I haven't started using doggie diapers yet. Not yet, although I do use those poopie pads (a forthcoming review.)
