| angiehost's Full Review: Perfecto Large Aquariums |
We own a 75 gallon Perfecto aquarium. It has the wood trim and sits very nicely on a wood cabinet stand made especially for the 75 gallon aquariums.
Why did we choose this aquarium?
We choose this aquarium because we liked the looks of it. We bought it approximately 7 years ago and it has proven to be very durable and lasting. It has had no leaks or defects.
It is 4 feet long.
Which alternate aquariums did we look at?
Truthfully none. We liked the looks and style of this one.
How much maintenance?
Very little maintenance with the proper filteration systems and pumps hooked up on it. A lot also depends on the type of fish you choose to keep in your tank also. For example Gold Fish put off a lot of waste. Your swordtails and mollies don't put off as much.
We also keep a few bottom feading fish in the tank which helps keep the algae and waste down also.
Who should by this tank?
Anyone who is wanting a GREAT conversation piece in their home. Other benefits include the peaceful, soothing, relaxing sounds of the water flowing.
One thing to make sure of is that you have plenty of room to put up a 75 gallon aquarium. Once they are up it is very time consuming to take it down and move it. So make sure you have the floor space and solid floors before considering this large of a tank.
