Phillips has always had long lasting very good quality audio components and this cd player is no exception. I've had mine for two years now and it is still as good as the day I bought it. The ESP when turned on is virtually unskipable. The only time I've ever had a cd skip with the esp on is when the cd is very scratched or if the cd pops out in the cd player. But even if that happens it will still play on for 45 seconds. Although the playing quality is so good I barley ever need to have the ESP on. This cd also comes with a very easy option to pragam which tracks on the cd you want to hear. The tripple bass boost also gives you an extra enjoyment when listening to music. All in all this product is worth every penny.
