Nice brewer with a few problems

Pros: Brews great coffee. Sleek design

Cons: leaks badly when pouring. Not easy to clean.

The Bottom Line: There are many better systems on the market, Pouring problem makes this one a lemon.

First, I love the brewing quality. Superb coffee, but at the price of a leaky pouring system. The best way to use this carafe is to remove the lid entirely before pouring or pour over a sink, which defeats part of the purpose of a thermal carafe.

I ended up returning the brewer to the retailer after a few months of battling with these imperfections. There are better systems out there for the money, in my opinion.

Also take a long time to brew a pot of coffee, which is very frustrating when I'm in a hurry.

On the positive side it looks very handsome on the kitchen counter. Very high tech look. Easy on the eyes.
