What This Is
Nope. This isn't a man. Or a mouse. Or a myth. It's Philosophy's latest lip balm called, The Candyman. It comes in a clear, .5 ounce tube, with a black, screw-top cap. The balm itself is a reddish-pink color and is pretty thick. It has a fruity smell to it - partially papaya and partially berry.
Directions
so sweet, so delicious, so papaya. apply liberally as needed to the lip area.
Why I Dislike It So Much
Let's start with the packaging. There's no applicator for the darned thing! You have to either put it on a lip brush or your index finger in order to apply. THAT is annoying.
Next thing, the taste is more lanolin-waxy than papaya. I might as well use unflavored chapstick.
Once you apply it, it doesn't seem to have much of a lasting power to it. In one day, I tracked myself reapplying every hour (during work hours) because I just couldn't keep my lips moist enough.
And last, but not certainly least, the reddish-pink color, tints your lips an annoying Barbie-doll pink. Gawd forbid that you should accidentally get it anywhere else. Twice, it's managed to make it's way to my upper lip (just by a hair) and twice, I look like a chick who's been in her mother's make-up.

This pathetic product almost made me hate Philosohpy.
