Next to my morning coffee, Philosophy Red Delicious Apple Shampoo, Shower Gel & Bubble Bath is what gets my day started.

I LOVE the bottle. A crisp white with a black cap. A bright red delicious apple on the bottle. Bottle reads, "An apple a day keeps the blues away" I believe this to be true, the apple aroma awakens your senses and gives you a happy feeling!

Philosophy is also donating net proceeds from the sale of Red Delicious Apple to charities that promote mental health.

I couldn't wait to try it in my morning shower. The color is just as delicious as the scent. A dark, caramel red, rich and creamy. The scent of apple is SO real, you'll want to taste it!

Best Use:
As a shower gel only. I didn't like it as bubble bath because you have to use so much of it! Not a cheap product - $16 retail for a 16 oz bottle at Sephora. Besides, this Apple scent is more of a morning favorite and who has time for a bubble bath then?

Definite NO for use as a shampoo. It's very drying and doesn't de-tangle. Actually made hair tangle more. The scent is so yummy but thats about the only good thing if used as shampoo. Just not a hair product.

As a shower gel, pure delight!

It's super moisturizing and lathers up wonderfully when used with a puff. Wish the scent would linger on my skin for longer, but leaves a fresh long lasting clean feeling. Left my skin super soft and touchable.

I've tried and continue to use many of Philosophy's bath and shower products. This one is definitely one of my Top 10 favorites.
