| ragdoll21's Full Review: Phisoderm Acne |
Phisoderm in the sea green bottle does its job: helps combat acne-prone skin and leaves it squeaky clean. I bought a bottle after reading an Epinion here that recommended it. The formula I got is Normal/Oily cause that's the type of skin I have.
I found this product's fragrance to be nice, and its consistency not too thin and very manageable. The opaque ivory color of the cleanser also is very appealing. I have slight acne, especially around my cheeks when I get really stressed, and I found that after my first washing, the pimples went down. Within a week, my skin had cleared. Chalk one big point up to Phisoderm! The salycylic acid in the product is one of its most active ingredients that works to fight acne. The product didn't leave my skin feeling dry afterward, and I didn't even have to moisturize after my morning wash.
The only drawback of this product is that I believe the manufacturer, Chattem, tests on animals. Boo! Other than that I would give the product five shining stars. What else, it comes in different formulas depending on your skin type (Dry/Normal, Oily/Normal or the regular original formula). At about 3.99 a pop, what's not to lose except your acne-prone skin!
