| jmoyni's Full Review: Pho Pasteur |
Since I work only a couple blocks away, my co-workers and I have made weekly visits to Pho Pastur. Thursday's and Friday's are crowded at lunchtime, until 1:30ish- but earlier in the week it is easier to get a seat. Almost all of us order the hot and sour soup (#83), but occasionally I venture into the noodle (bun) dishes, and to other soups. I have yet to not enjoy what I have ordered. The staff is very friendly and fast, although the atmosphere is very crowded, you get used to it.
The soup goes for $6-$8.00 per bowl and is served with a plate of bean sprouts, basil leaves and limes to add to it. There is also plumb paste and hot chile pasted to mix and add to your meat or veggies.
