Like eating a beach: but at least its a muscle beach!

Pros:Effective,safe results great for most
Cons:A bit expensive, tasteless, completely ineffective for a few.
The Bottom Line: This product is great. If you don't have results your either not working out, or your one of the unfortunate 1%.
I've been competing in combat sports since I was in fourth grade. My martial arts background convinced me that health supplements were just a quick fix that didn't really do anything. After seeing what some of the wrestlers on my team used(steroids, speed, and diuretics)I wasn't about to take anything they suggested.
I began to hear about phosphagen in the weight room and I was curious. When my martial arts instructor suggested it, I was convinced.
I had hit a plateau, I was lifting 235 for the last few months(at 135 lbs) and I couldn't seem to get any stronger. I bought a bottle for $25 and used about 3/4's of the recommended usage. Within a month I was benching 265 lbs. Since then I have cycled on and off of creatine(my theory is since the liver manufactures creatine phosphate, you don't want to use this for long periods of time, or your body may become accustomed to it and stop producing its own.). Each time I have made dramatic leaps in strength. In my senior year, I went from a plateau of 45 bar-dips to 64 consecutive bar-dips within two months.
The only problem with this product is its gritty taste. It is like drinking sand, and it doesn't dissolve well in water. Get used to it, or buy the more expensive versions that EAS has come out with. Still, mixing it with greatfruit juice seems to help some, and takes away a lot of the gritty texture.
I've also known one or two people whom this product has done nothing for. It typically gave them stomach aches or indigestion, and they had to discontinue use.
