Experience
I started taking this product in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast, and thirty minutes before each meal all day long and a maximum of 6 caplets a day. On the average of 6 hours apart and with an 8 ounce glass of water. I have been taking this to help me try and lose a little extra weight, along with the diet that I am on regularly. The first week that I started taking this I noticed a 6 pound drop in weight right away, but after that the weight dropped in smaller increments. There is no after taste that I usually get like when taking fish oil capsules. They recommend taking one 389 mg caplet a day. I did notice a little rise in my energy but not too much. These go down easy with a glass of water or before any meal.

One bottle last about one to two months, and that depends on whether you take one, two, or three, times a day. They do recommend maximum of 6 caplets a day.
