Hello. My name is Kristina and I am a new product – must have junkie. It’s a trait that absolutely drives my family and friends insane however, I feel totally justified in my purchases because I am convinced that there’s a reason I’ll need this product or that product.
And good thing too because last year at this time, I got myself in quite a pickle of a situation.
I tried something new on my hair and it was a total disaster. My hair looked like straw and my scalp itched like crazy! And wouldn’t you know? It was a Sunday and I couldn’t call my regular hair stylist and I wasn’t about to let a complete stranger try to deal with my situation.
On the verge of tears and wondering if I should call in sick to work the next morning, I suddenly remembered that I had purchased something that just might solve my issue - Phytoprogenium Intelligent Shampoo. It was one of my pricier, new product purchases and although I didn’t have any justification for buying it, I just had this gut feeling that some day it would come in handy.
Made for all hair types, Phytoprogenium Intelligent Shampoo has a unique formulation containing a special combination of almond milk, marshmallow and olive leaf extract, alcohol sugars (which are derived from straw, wood, bran, and milk), and an oily extract taken from the berries of Sichuan pepper.
Side note: For those who are worried about the scent - it is lightly scented but nothing overwhelming.
What does this all add up to? Just two uses of this (lather, rinse, repeat) completely eliminated my scalp irritation and itchiness and it restored my hair back to its natural way of existence. Wow!
But you know what? It didn't stop there. Since I had a whole bottle on my hands - I thought - what would happen if I continued to use it? Most time, shampoos that say that they are for "all hair types" - they're liars.
And since I have color-treated and dry hair, I usually don't fall for the "all hair types" line.
With continued use, I found that it calmed frizzies/fly-aways while at the same time, it built volume. I have lots of hair already however, having more/thicker is never an issue to me!
So you might be wondering - am I buying this shampoo in bulk? No. I did end up buying a second bottle (and gee - it's pricey) and even though it's a good product, because I have color-treated hair, the shampoo I need to always keep near me is something that "specializes" in enhancing/maintaining color (for as long as possible).
Still, if I ever get myself in a pickle again, I won't hesitate to purchase this.
