Pros: Crystal clear music reception. Wide music selection. 18 presets.
Cons: No direct access keys.
Classical stations sound compressed.
The Bottom Line: If you're tired of commercials and crappy radio reception, XM radio may the answer you've been waiting for.

| apcarandang's Full Review: Pioneer DEH-P3370XM Car CD Player |
The Pioneer XM combo works well. For anyone with a Pioneer head unit in their vehicles, just check your model number. Any P-series head unit is compatible with the Pioneer's XM tuner.
The advantage of having a compatible head unit is there's not lost in quality as compared to the RF-model which is fed through your system's antenna.
The beauty of XM radio is there are so many stations and all of them are CD-quality audio. A bit disappointing is the classical stations which sound a bit more compressed than the pop stations.
The unit is easy to use. programs you favorite stations( up to 18 presets).
My only gripe about it is that there is no direct access mode which allows you to enter the station number . Scrolling up and down 100 channels is no fun.
But for people who spend a lot of time on the road this is a good investment.
