I tried a Yamaha 6130B before purchasing the Pioneer 818. The Yamaha was very good for it's price but very basic.
The Pioneer just blew me away! So many features and options, the sound quality is superb!
It sets itself up automatically through a microphone, then you select the themes you prefer and hang on, you will find the extra $$ well spent.
The sound quality is second to none I have heard so far at higher prices.  No regrets here  :)
