My daughter got this as a birthday present when she turned four and she loved it.  She's now almost nine and she still asks for me to take this out of the closet and play with it often.  It is one of the few toys that she has played with for five years.  
The best thing about this toy is that while it takes up about 5 feet of space while open, it folds flat and can easily fit under a bed or along the side of the closet wall.  By twisting the structure it folds flat.  It easily pops open in just a few seconds and it easily closes.  There are velcro straps that go through loops to keep the hut closed.
This play hut comes with three parts.  One part is a cube (32"x33"x33") with holes big enough to fit through on each side.  It also comes with two tubes that are 20" long and have an 18" opening.  A child can crawl through the tubes.  All three parts can be connected together with a small velcro strap or you can play with each part separately. My sister has other parts that also connect to this that she bought separately, so apparently there are other parts you can buy for this set. 
The material of this hut is a strong nylon which makes it very easy to keep clean.  Once a year I take it outside, squirt it with the hose, and let it air dry.  The colors are very vibrant and have kept their colors without fading for the past 5 years.
My daughter is now able to put the parts together by herself.  She brings her stuffed animals inside and makes a little secret room for them.  She also drapes sheets over the top to make it darker.
This is a great alternative to a play castle that takes up a lot of space.  This is portable and we have even taken it to the park a few times.
