Expensive Garbage Can

I got this as a gift at my baby shower and was excited to use it. However, it wasn't as great as I thought. The twisting mechanism didn't always work that great, along with the button you push and twist to cut the bag. I always had to use my own scissors to cut it all the way. It did help eliminate odor, but not all of it, and the refills are expensive. We don't buy the refills anymore and just use it as a garbage can.
