Playtex Rubber Gloves save my skin

Pros:Great for protecting your skin when doing dishes or other dirty jobs.
Cons:Make sure to get the right size for your hands.
The Bottom Line: Great at protecting hands and nails. Easy on and off.
I have pretty bad skin allergies (eczema) and these allergies flair up quite often on my hands and fingers. For that reason, I almost always wear rubber gloves when I am doing the dishes. If I don't wear gloves, I pay the price.
"Don't you wash your dishes in the dishwasher?" you may ask. Well, yes, I do, but the culprit is mostly hot water, and not just the dishwashing soap, so I use rubber gloves even when rinsing.
These Playtex Gloves are a big improvement over the old rubber gloves I used to wear. Old rubber gloves without the cotton lining also feel thin and flimsy. The Playtex Gloves are shaped better and conform to your hands better, so you have better control and less clumsiness. There is a pattern on the fingertips and also the palm area of the gloves too, which give you a better grip when washing slippery, soapy dishes.
Another nice feature of these gloves is that they have cotton lining inside. This helps them slide on and off a lot more easily. I can't tell you the number of times my phone has rung and I struggle to get the soapy rubbery gloves off in a hurry. Not so with these Playtex Handsaver Gloves. They glide off in a jiffy.
These rubber gloves by Playtex are a lifesaver for me and my skin. I don't know what kind of shape my skin would be in if not for these.
The motto on the packaging of these Playtex Gloves says they are "made strong to last long". I believe it. With some other cheaper brands, I can be handling a fork while washing and the tine can poke right through a finger of the glove rendering them useless. Who likes wearing rubber gloves with the water on the inside? Not me!
Playtex Handsaver Gloves are made with both synthetic and natural rubber. They seem to last me a long time too, which is another benefit. I tend to stock up on them, so if one hand gets a hole, I can mix and match, if necessary, with a spare pair. The length of the gloves is fine for me. Others may like longer gloves, but as long as your dishwater isn't too deep, they should be fine.
When done wearing them, it's a good idea to rinse them off and allow them to air dry for the next time you are ready to use them.
These Playtex Handsaver Gloves are not just made for doing the dishes, but they also have many other uses for whatever you may need to do. They can help you when washing the floor, working in the garden, painting or any other messy jobs where you don't want to mess up your manicure or your skin.
