This is absolutly the coolest watch i have ever had. I records your heartrate, speed, altitude, and cadience all at the same time. After your done w/ your ride, it will graph it all together. Its so cool... GET IT, its worth it. And the training scheduler is really neat,i am a pro now! The schduler give the exact hours a week to train and how hard to push yourself each training ride. It graphs your whole training over months with really neat graph. It was 2 wheel sizes for your road and mountain bike and also 3 heart rate limits for different types of training. The timers tell you how long you need to recover between excercises... ITS ALL OUT AWSOME>!
