falmark's Full Review: Polaroid PDM-0723 7 in. Portable DVD Player
Bought this player last summer for kids’ car trip. Used 3 times over a 9 month period. Then one day tried to use it and no sound. Called Polaroid and was told it was not under warranty. I talked to a "supervisor" who was incredibly rude but did offer a replacement for 95.00, wow now that is what I call customer service! Took it to a local repair shop where they said they could fix it but Polaroid makes no parts for replacement. It started out as a fine player but the lack of reliability and the incredibly poor customer service make it a poor choice. I will not buy from Polaroid again.
