Pros: mid range very clear until blasted
Cons: bass not enough, midrange and tweeter will blow if pushed
The Bottom Line: If you have a high powered system DON'T BUY THESE. Spend a little extra and get something better. For normal listening it's fine . Just dont push this speaker...PUFF

| mypoorlife's Full Review: Polk Audio RT2000I Speaker |
I had these speakers for about 15 months, bought brand new. The speakers state that they handle about 300 watts.I find that very untrue. My Yamaha DSP-A1 which pushes 110 watts to these speakers, blew them a total of 4 times. The tweeters were cooked 3 times and the midrange 1 time on both speakers. I could'nt really feel the bass on these and my friends agreed also. look for something else...The bass is also a little week on these and may also require another powered subwoofer to feel the pounding on the floor. If you like to listen to your music at a moderate level, these speakers will do you fine..
