This really is a perfect first Pooh, just first stuffed animal in general. It's just a standard Pooh - just his cute little red shirt with "Pooh" embroidered on the front, and that's it.
Pooh is soft, but firm. In other words, he's not fluffy soft like those Puffalumps that were out years ago (remember those?) but he's not hard, either. He's just right for little hands to squeeze, hug and cuddle.
I'm not sure how many inches tall he is, but again, he's just perfect. Even a fairly young child can comfortably hold on to him.
Pooh cleans up really easily - just wipe him off if it's not too bad, or go ahead and chuck in the washer and dryer - he'll be fine!
My daughter has had hers for almost a year now, and she has loved and hugged on him a whole lot, but he's not too bad for the wear. All of his seams and stitches are still in place, with no fluff sticking out.
I think these are usually about $10, but we got ours for $7 at Big Lots. (Close-out store) Based on how well it's holding up so far, I expect good ol' Pooh to be around for a lot of years to come!
