This item was a gift for Christmas from my wife. I had been looking for a compressor for several months and initially wanted a larger compressor. I decided on a smaller compressor due to portability and ease on my electrical system. My wife bought this item for me from Home Depot. It came as a gift pack with a brad nailer and a finish nailer.
The compressor is perfect for the home do it yourself type. It drives every tool I have tried including a 1/2 inch impact wrench, brad nailer, finish nailer and 3/8 air wrench.
It has a 2 HP oil free motor that quickly fills the 6 gal tank. It delivers up to 135 PSI and has a regulator which you can easily control your PSI output. The motor only draws 10 amps and is possibly the best part of the compressor. I say this because larger compressors draw 15 amps and will quite often trip circuit breakers.
The only draw back to the compressor is the small tank. Due to the size of the tank the motor runs more often than a larger compressor. This is a small trade off for the reliability and avoidance of tripping the circuit breaker.
I recommend this compressor for anyone.
