I have owned this saw for over 6 years. The first time I used it, it worked great until after I refuelled it. The saw would not start. I took the top off to check the air filter and it was still clean, I tried restarting it by going through all the steps and it still did not work. After it sat for a while (3 to 4 hrs) it finally started again. This has been an on going issue for a long time so I showed it to a professional to see if he could help. He said that for some reason after it runs the gas switch stays in the off position so the engine is not getting any gas. He put some starting fluid in it and it took a minute or two before it got started again. Time is precious in business and I don't have the time to mess with this saw anymore, so I went and bought a new professional saw. It was expensive but saved me money in the long run.

Also the case it comes in is no good after a year or so the two tabs that lock the top to the bottom will not stay locked or they'll just brake in half. Like some of the other reviews have mentioned the saw it self leaks bar oil like crazy, the oil and gas caps are hard to get off even if you just finger tighten them, and gas goes through it like crap though a goose.
