The earpiece/microphone for the Nokia is very awkwardly placed at the bottom of the phone. Mine has broken frequently. So have many others, judging by the fact that these items are on back order most of the time. The newest (and most expensive) Nokia has a universal jack on the side, like most portable radios and TVs. This is a must for Nokia to fix. Not only is the earpiece a very convenient, handsfree feature for car or walking and talking, it is the safest way to use a cellphone. Let's all email Nokia and suggest an improved version for us 6160 users. Otherwise, this is a lovely phone!
