My first impression is great graphics and really cool designs of your enemies. Although there are some things aboard the alien ship that are just right down sick looking.
This game has some great portals that take you too different parts of the ship. The gravity switches are also a cool feature that will let you walk on walls and on the ceiling.
The main character can also enter a spirit world where you can cross over force fields to access places your physical body can't go. You can't die in this game...if you are killed you go to the spirit world where you use your bow and arrow to shoot what looks to me like red and blue squid. Red ones replenish your life and blue ones your spirit power, you have only about 20 seconds to gain what you can then your are slammed back into your body in the exact place you died.
This game also has some pretty good puzzles to solve. If you like have to think hard about what you need to do then this might be a good game for you.
The weapons are ok but the sounds for them are not that great.
In my opinion the Xbox live game is not very good. It is very fast paced and shaky. It is hard to hone in on your oppenent. There are only 2 games for online play; deathmatch and team deathmatch.
If you don't have anything else to play this game is worth taking a look at for the single player game especially if you're playing on a HDTV.
