Pros:very versatile, maneuverable, great for excursions
Cons:tracking so-so, hard to roll
The boat is fantastic. It can do anything from large water crossings to near class IV rivers. I have taken it on the Chesapeake Bay AND the New River Gorge, and I understand it was even taken down the Colorado. It packs tons of camping gear. I have even packed it with enough driftwood for a fire for 3 days of camping. The seat position is quite comfortable without any modification, and allows plenty of legroom to stretch as needed for the longer trips. I would highly recommend the optional rudder as it doesn't track very well due to a slight rocker and trihedral hull. I can't actually call it a Sea kayak as it isn't very fast, but it resembles more of a 'sport utility' version of a kayak. The HTP plastic is darn near indestructible. One thing to remember...it is very stable, and therefore is somewhat hard to roll.
