The concept of this alarm clock is that as soon as the alarm goes off, the propeller shoots off the top of the clock and you have to get out of bed and find the propeller to turn the alarm off. The concept is not exactly how it works though. I sleep in a pitch black room and whenever the alarm goes off I have a really hard time finding the light so that I can find the propeller. No matter how deep of a sleep you are in this clock will wake you up. You get such a rush of adrenaline whenever this alarm goes off that you will not want to go back to sleep. Whenever this alarm clock works, it works. The quality of this alarm clock is not very high quality at all. The propeller sits on top of a styrofoam ball that is very cheap. The biggest turn off when it comes to this alarm clock is that you have to put batteries in it. It runs off four triple A batteries, but they last quite a while. Alarm clocks are supposed to be loud, but whenever the propeller begins to spin it sounds like a plane taking off in world war II. The alarm itself sounds like a Nuclear Bomb alarm that is trying to be heard by the whole town. This alarm is a very unique idea that is very cheap for the product. If you are sleeping by yourself and are having a hard time waking up in the mornings, this is the alarm for you.
