He could have been writing my story. When you first get this machine, you'll be happy for a couple of weeks, maybe even months. It starts out as being whisper quiet, has some nice controls like magnetic tension, and four smart workouts.
If you use the machine routinely, your waistline will go down, until the thing starts breaking.
I have broken a belt, and have had routinely had a problem with the machine squeaking and grinding after about 5 minutes of working out. This problem has been repaired four times.
Like Scopus, I got the Sears warranty. They routinely, like clockwork, cancel every third appointment. So I now routinely call when the machine just starts to squeak, so I can get them before the thing breaks. Also, the techs need to see the machine to order parts, so it's not uncommon for this thing to be out for three or four weeks.
This is a lemon, and I am pressing to have the lemon laws invoked on the techs next visit tommorrow.
If you're a 105 person who plans on using this once a week for 20 minutes, maybe you can justify purchasing this. But the rest of us should stay away.
