Extremely Low Quality, worth less than you pay no matter what price

Pros: reasonable price point, thankfully available repair parts, though no service.
Cons: fragile, abysmal customer service,poorly engineered, ugly.

I have owned a pro form elliptical trainer for the last four years. I am six-foot and weigh 200 pounds. The machine is broken on a yearly basis, with repetitive failures of the crank. I have written the company, sent pictures, and ordered the replacement part from them on a yearly basis since I've owned the machine. Fortunately, this experience has persuaded me and many others not to buy another piece of equipment from them or their parent company Nordic track.I have even sent the crank back in for them to examine on two occasions, because it is clearly an engineering flaw, and they do not care.
The resistance level is consistently to low to achieve the target heart rate.
I emphatically discourage anyone considering a pro form product to consider the other options. Unless of course, you enjoy frustration in your life.if they gave it away for free, it would still be worth less than what you paid.
