Pros: good price, good features, tough, easy, shows calories and fat calories
Cons: the pulse buttons don't work that great, belt slides a little

I managed to find the Proform treadmill at Sears for a really great sale price and no interest for one year. I was going to buy one anyway but the good price made me do it about three months earlier. My biggest reason for wanting a treadmill was convenience. I needed a way to be able to get a good cardiovascular workout while it was raining (it rains a lot here) or when it was dark (I work shift work). So far I really like the treadmill and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Things I like about it:
o the long and wide belt
o the powerful motor
o the hand grips stick straight out and I can put a board over them and use it like a table to put a handheld computer or a book on
o it folds up very easily
o it has a huge incline
Things I don't like about it:
o The belt has shifted to either side twice already (easy to fix)
o when the treadmill is on it makes the tv get static
o if you run on it the house shakes (everyone in house knows you are running)
o It makes creaky noises when inclining
I bought the treadmill for myself but now that we have it my husband is using it almost as much as I do. He also works shift work and it is a very convenient way to get in 30 minutes of exercise before work at 9 in the evening. He is a real hardcore runner too - he has run a few marathons - and it takes his abuse and pounding with no problems.
