This is one of Proforms top of the line Treadmills. With a 2.75 HP Motor and a 20"x55". Its sturdy, and well built. It has 8 Programs, a Grip Pulse monitor, and a custom cushioning system for the running surface, (great for those who want to run or jog on it).

The motor is smooth yet it is very quite. The displays are easy to read, showing everything from speed,minute-per mile pace, distance, calories burned, incline, & 1/4 mile laps which it keeps track of by displaying a quarter mile track in the manual mode. Your display area has a place for book, water bottle and room for the set of 2lb weights that come with the machine.

The 995SEL also has built-in iFit.com compatibility. It can run workouts from CDs, videos, and even the internet. It features power incline from 1.5% to 10%, and speed up to 10 MPH. You should never get tired of the same old routine with the 995.

The 995 also folds up when not in use, which is a great space saving feature. When your using the 995 it does need some room, so you will need to have a open area to use it. but it has wheels on the front that make it easy to move from one spot to another.
