Pros:Super antioxidant, two doses a day, stimulant free.
Cons:Possible reflux, expensive, requires you not be a lazyass.
The Bottom Line: Is Pro-Nutra Guava worth $40.00 a bottle? It is if you are looking for a stimulant free way to lose weight and detoxify.

Over the years I have taken a lot of different cutting and weight loss / fat loss products; looking back I made some pretty horrible choices with the ECA type supplements but you live and learn. When I was near the end of my cycle with Lichi Elite I started looking for a stimulant free product to help me maintain my weight loss and possibly help me with a little more ab definition. I felt a little suckered when I bought the Pro-Nutra Guava because I saw similar products selling at other stores for about half the $39.99 price at GNC. It works but it isn't something that casual dieters or the "three times a week at the gym" people are going to want to get if they want to see results from it. You have to eat clean [or as close to it as possible] and exercise but with that you have to drink enough water to help with the antioxidant side of the product to flush things out of your system. He started using this before I did, he loved the fact that he doesn't get the shakes or jitters from it but he doesn't like the occasional berry taste that he gets [especially when burping]
The dose for this is one capsule twice a day; they do suggest you take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I take my first dose around nine then the second around three in the afternoon. Since this is stimulant free I don't have to worry about it keeping me awake or giving me jitters but on a side note, you might get a really fruity reflux taste from this. I had this happen a couple of times when I didn't drink enough water with it and it got stuck in my throat. It sticks with you for a while so if you have an issue with that, don't buy these. If you drink a decent sized glass of water with this you shouldn't have a problem with the reflux but every person is different. If you have trouble swallowing pills, caplets or capsules you might have a little trouble with this. They aren't huge but they can get stuck in your throat if you don't drink enough water with them. To get rid of the taste, you have to eat something with protein in it. Even a mouthful of tuna or a couple bites of a protein bar. If worse comes to worse and you have that "stuck" feeling in your throat, eaat a couple handfuls of plain unbuttered popcorn.
Some of the biggest selling points of Pro-Nutra Guava are that it is an antioxidant, promotes healthy weight loss and can help your overall appearance. I didn't notice any change my in skin but my nails did grow a little faster but that could be from all of the sugar free gelatin I have been eating. It is tagged with the "physician recommended" tag but on the same token it carries the "these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA" statement. From my point of view and after taking it for three weeks I can say that it does work to maintain weight loss / help with fat loss but you have to put the work in to it. It is something that is going to help you lose weight faster than just exercise but it isn't going to strip fat off you without a solid meal plan and exercise.
On the box the manufacturer suggests stacking this with GRP6 and MethoxyBurn; I am thinking about adding one of those to my intake but I want to wait and see how the cycle finishes out. I was thinking that the capsules were in a blister pack format because of the size of the box but they are in a bottle. You can smell the 'fruitness' of it when you open it and as mentioned you might get some reflux from it. I have taken other stimulant free weight loss products in the past and didn't have a lot of luck with them. I was in the mindset that if I wasn't sweating like a pig then I wasn't pushing myself hard enough. I had to work to get myself out of that mindset. I would suggest this for someone who works on at least five times a week at the gym or hits the treadmill religiously every day. If you aren't going to put the effort in to it then it isn't going to work.
You might as well take the forty dollars you are going spend on this and blow it on an extra large pizza, breadsticks and a sixer of beer. That's probably the only way you are ever going to get a six pack.
