Thanks! I agree, I was pretty startled to see the paprika and wondered if it really lent flavor or if it was used for coloring the shrimp jelly?

like an interesting food to serve. I was surprised to see paprika in the ingredients, but not listing the ash content is kind of a red flag I would think.
