The Bottom Line: I would maybe recommend this Proactiv system to a teenger or young adult. I would not recommend it to anyone over the age of 28 years old.

About 8 years ago I tried the original Proactiv system with great results. I recently tried it again and have had disappointing results. I think the Oil-Free moisturizer is making me break out. I wondered if Proactiv has changed their formula over the past few years. The textures of all the products seemed different.
The bottle says-A daily moisturizer that hydrates the skin without added oil. This unique, light-weight formula minimizes moisture loss to help soothe and comfort dry skin. It is very lightweight. I like the texture, but I almost feel that since it is so lightweight-I felt as though I had nothing on my skin.
Directions: Apply to clean face and neck at least once daily. Use alone or under makeup. May also be worn over Repairing Lotion. For children under 6 months of age, ask a doctor.
I think the Proactiv system is great for teenage or young adult skin. In my opinion, it was too strong for my skin.
The active ingredients in the oil-free moisturizer are: octinoxate 7.5%, zinc oxide 2.85%
The inactive ingredients are: water (aqua), diethylhexyl sebacate, cyclomethicone, propylene glycol, sodium stearyl phthalamate, cetearyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, dimethicone, ceteareth-20, nylon-20, aluminum starch octenylsuccinate, acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate, crosspolmer, xanthan gum, sodium hydroxide, disodium EDTA, diazolidinyl yrea, methlyparaben, propylparaben
